ملکی بجٹ کا ایک کثیر حصہ دفاع کے نام ہڑپ کر لیا جا رہا ہے، اور جس وقت انڈ و پاک کے حالات بہتری کی طرف جانے لگتے ہیں کوئی شیطانی کام شروع کر دیا جاتا ہے اور عوام کے سامنے ہیرو بن عوام کو بیوقوف بنایا جاتے ہے، اس کی وجہ؟
اس کی وجہ یہ ہے کہ ہماری افواج میں ایک بہت بڑا طبقہ مذہبی انتہأپسندی کا حامی ہے اور مذہب ہماری قوم کا سب سے حساس عضو ہے جس کو زرا سا چھیڑنے سے اس قوم کے تن بدن میں آگ لگ جاتی ہے۔"

میں ایک ماں ہوں، ایک سرمچار کی ماں، ایک شہید کی بیوہ، ایک شہید کی بہن، ایک سرزمین جو اپنی کوکھ سے بیٹوں کو پیدا کرتی ہے اور وہ اپنی ماں کی ننگ وناموس کے تحفظ کے لیے، اپنا سرقربان کرکے(سرمچار) لقب پاتے ہیں۔

 

 

Balochistan is the only region in Pakistan which has witnessed a rise in terrorism related fatalities in 2012. The Province witnessed 954 fatalities, including 690 civilians, 178 Security Force (SF) personnel and 86 militants in 418 incidents of killing in 2012, as against 711 fatalities, including of 542 civilians, 122 SF personnel and 47 militants in 294 incidents of killing in 2011, according to partial data compiled by SATP. The first 13 days of 2013 have already recorded 144 fatalities. While overall fatalities recorded an increase of 34.17 per cent, civilian fatalities rose 27.30 per cent; SFs, 45.9 per cent; and militants, 82.97 per cent.

As in previous years, rising extremism and violence have repeatedly demonstrated the presence of the Quetta Shura and al Qaeda networks in North Balochistan. Since 2009, at least 22 al Qaeda and two Afghan Taliban militants have been arrested in the region. The then-Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) General David Petraeus, on February 2, 2012, had emphasised that the US needed to be cautious on Pakistan’s ability and willingness to “go after” the Haqqani Network and those Taliban leaders present in Balochistan, known as the Quetta Shura. The Pakistan establishment, however, continues to brazenly deny this reality.

The Security Force’s remain preoccupied with their “kill and dump” operations, while Islamabad continues to ignore the ground reality in the Province. The crisis continues to deepen, with Islamabad sustaining groups of Islamist and sectarian extremists, even as it seeks to crush the groups agitating to draw attention to the legitimate demands and genuine grievances of the people of Balochistan.

Only two institutions are working in a right manner in our country; Army and Supreme Court - Tahir al-Qadri.

What a ridiculous statement! Army is responsible for promoting and funding all these terrorist organizations and these corrupt politicians while our Judiciary is the most corrupt institution in Pakistan according to all independent investigative reports.
